The Lounge Space "Pods"
Parties of 7 to 30 people
Our outdoor lounge space "pods" can be reserved for groups of up to 30 people. Each pod can accomodate up to 10 people and you may reserve up to three pods at one time for a max of 30 guests. Pods can be reserved up to two months in advance. When reserving multiple pods, they will be next to each other. The reservation is for three hours. Firepits can be requested, but are not guaranteed. All guests must be 21+ and have valid, physical ID to enter.
Food and Beverage Minimum and Payment
There is an associated food and beverage minimum with pods dependent on the day of week and time of year that is listed on the booking site at the beginning of the booking process. We do require a food preorder to be placed at the time of booking for at least one menu item. Preordered food goes towards the contracted food and beverage minimum spend. Additional food may be ordered on site from a limited menu. The payment method at the time of booking is charged for the food preorder, but it will not be charged for the food and beverage minimum spend. This card is NOT placed on file. A payment method must be provided at the end of the reservation for the remaining balance. We do not allow "cash bar" or seperate checks, but you may split the remaining balance by up to four payment methods.
The food and beverage minimum is the amount you are required to spend at minimum. You are more than welcome to go beyond the minimum spend. The final amount due at the end of the reservation is the actual spend + 10% alcohol tax + 8% sales tax and a 21% autogratuity.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled for any reason with 48 + hours notice. In cases of inclement weather, the booker must cancel the reservation by 12 pm to be refunded for the preordered food by emailing info@assemblyrooftop.com. An Assembly manager may reach out to you prior via the contact information provided to cancel the reservation due to weather. Please reach out to info@assemblyrooftop.com to cancel your reservation. We do not have indoor space held for your lounge space "pod" reservation.
Decor
Looking to spruce up your celebration? Flowers, photo frames, small signs, small balloon arrangements and banners are permitted. We do not allow large signs, noise makers, confetti, petals, candles. Any sort of set up or break down must be done within the time of your reservation. Wanting to bring a celebratory cake? There is a $4 cutting / plating fee per person in your reservation. No other outside food or beverage is permitted.
The West Deck
Parties of 31 to 120 people
A semi-private space expanding half of the outdoor deck, the West Deck offers an upscale reception area for you and 100 of your closest friends. This space has two couch areas with firepit tables, your own private bar, and an exclusive catering menu. Inclement weather back up space guaranteed. All guests must be 21+ with valid physical ID to enter.
Full Buyout
Want the whole space to yourself? Reserve the entire rooftop! A full buyout gives your group private access to all of Assembly which includes the indoor bar area and alcoves as well as the outdoor deck and pods. Full buyouts are a great option for engagement parties, corporate receptions, bridal showers, holiday parties, and more!
