Assembly Rooftop Lounge is transforming into Alpine Heights at Assembly, a modern ski-lodge inspired pop-up boasting hot cocktails, festive winter ales, comfort food, themed décor, cozy blankets and blazing fire pits, paired with one of the city’s best views – from Friday, November 18th to Tuesday, February 28th. 

A reimagined winter menu from Executive Chef Sonny Ingui is sure to hug guests up with highlights such as Four Cheese Fondue, Tartiflette, Carbonade Valdostana, and Flatbread pizzas made in an outdoor oven. 

The ski-lodge inspired menu can be paired with cozy cocktails, wines, local brews, and more, including chilled beverages such as Alpine Antidote, Chalet Have Another? and Mashing Pumpkins; hot cocktails including Chocolate LOOOVE, Honey & Smoke and "Be Well" Wassil Wine ; a selection of sparkling white, and red wines, as well as local beers and more!
